I finally figured out something to draw for my final project, and I’m hoping to have it done this weekend! (The first few things I thought of were impossible to pencil-draw…well, impossible for ME to pencil draw…)

I found these two rocks a day apart – one at the train station on my way to class, the second on my way to my car after therapy. I think the universe is trying to tell me something.
…and I think that something is “hey you should paint stuff on rocks” maybe?
(I’m half joking – Maestro gave me crap for being sarcastic about it – but maybe I should paint stuff on rocks? and leave them around? Seeing these made me really happy, maybe I could give that to someone too.)
(…I want to be the kind of person that does this sort of thing.)

as my good friend the headless torso would say, “o no”

I can’t believe I missed yesterday! I had such a good streak going. oh bother.

I saw a Canada goose sleeping by the side of the road the way that they do and it made me laugh out loud (by myself in the car)

went for a nice long walk with Maestro today in the gloomy early spring weather 💙

got a lot of things done today, which is always nice! now I will not feel overwhelmed during the week, thankfully, considering I’m adding on more hours starting Monday.
actually I got a lot done this weekend in general! and I feel less overwhelmed in general lately.

I have two very incredible, beautiful, smart, funny, talented, compassionate best friends who I got to see yesterday and I am incredibly grateful for them.
and now I have the rest of today to recuperate from socializing! (it doesn’t matter how much I love someone, socializing is inevitably exhausting and draining and takes me a bit to recover from)

I didn’t get picked for jury duty!
(I would have also put “I got picked for jury duty!” on this list, had I gotten picked)
Maestro woke up early with me and went out and got me coffee and a cookie while I got ready to leave because he is the actual best husband in the world
